Initiate Your Request
Log into your NIDA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
